System class now initiate by getInstance

Browse Source 
StartEngineExacTI class start instance by getInstance() static method
and is disponible on entire framework on call this method.
StartEngineExacTI::setInstance() still mantened, but deprecated to
start primary framework class.
Now we are BETA! Release is coming... 🤩
